What were the reasons, which led to the company bleeding in the past?

This is due to ill timed expansion which synchronized with others, with the market not growing in tandem, mismatch of assets vis-à-vis the obligation to the lenders, huge debtors, which were not realized due to the Company’s policy of dealing with smaller firms and individuals and intermediaries, etc. all resulting in default on institutional dues leading to a chain reaction.
